Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Since eSIM packages are digital products delivered instantly under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal ends once a package has been installed or activated, and refunds are not accepted after that point.

2. Uninstalled Packages

For packages that have not yet been installed or reserved, cancellation and balance refund is possible through the dashboard within 24 hours of the order.
